Freaking Out About Breaking Out

I have a love/ hate relationship with skin. Honestly, when I was younger I had beautiful skin, I would barely get break outs and I had the typical oily T-Zone as many teenagers do. Now that I am in college, my skin has totally changed. My cheeks began to turn red and my skin looks uneven and bumpy. My skin began to dry out and I now have more frequent break outs all over my cheeks and jawline. I mean what the actual heck happened to my skin??



I'm being more cautious with what foods I put in my body, like avoiding fried foods, but not just for my skin, but because my stomach has a hard time dealing with it. I know I don't drink enough water, so I should maybe, probably start doing that. I haven't put any makeup on (except for mascara and a little bit of eyeliner).

I decided to take my skincare more seriously and develop a routine. I bought a facial cleansing brush as well as a toner, face oil, and facial spray with natural ingredients (in addition to my typical face soap and lotion). If all goes well, I will make another post soon with my review of the products. I am being very hopeful that my skin improves as I am already noticing slight changes!
